1. Nature of the Engagement

Release Your Prime is a six month private physical transformation engagement delivered through a combination of professional services and digital systems.

It is not a standalone digital product, fitness program, or subscription. Digital tools, platforms, and resources are used solely to deliver structured oversight, guidance, and ongoing adjustment of training, nutrition, recovery, and related performance variables.

The engagement remains a managed service, with responsibility for process and direction retained by the coach.

2. Scope of Service

The service provides professional guidance and management of physical training and lifestyle variables.

It does not constitute medical treatment, physical therapy, or mental health care.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to commencing the engagement.

3. Term Length

The engagement runs for a fixed term of six months, commencing on the agreed start date following onboarding.

4. Payment Terms

The total investment for the engagement is £8,500, payable in full prior to commencement.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service and the allocation of private capacity, all payments are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for early termination, non-participation, or failure to follow guidance.

6. Client Responsibility

While professional oversight, guidance, and adjustment are provided throughout the engagement, outcomes depend on the client’s adherence to recommendations and individual response.

No specific results, timelines, or body composition outcomes are guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The client participates voluntarily and assumes responsibility for their physical activity.

The coach is not liable for injuries, illness, or adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow guidance, or activities outside the scope of the engagement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Acceptance

By completing payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
